Each PIVOT site is built to suit the needs and requirements of the customer, so a thorough consult and understanding of your business is an imperative starting point.

Once we’ve all agreed on the modules and functionality, artwork templates need to be created and supplied in Adobe InDesign. These can be produced by your design team or ours.

It’s then over to our PIVOT gurus to build and automate your site.

We’ll provide the final training and support to easily launch your way into automated marketing.

HOW DO I CREATE TEMPLATES?

Templates are created in InDesign. For templates with editable fields, these need to be specified when setting up the artwork. Don’t worry if you don’t have access to a designer. We can provide package prices for any artwork requirements.

WHAT SORT OF MARKETING CAN I EXECUTE?

PIVOT has the ability to automate general print, email, SMS, letterbox drops, addressed mail and multichannel campaigns.

HOW DO I GET BILLED?

Billing can either be directly to your 30 day Printcraft account or via BPay or Credit Card.

WILL YOU PROVIDE TRAINING

Training on how to use the site, reporting and tracking will be provided. But we’re always here to help. Any further questions can be addressed by our help desk at marketing@printcraft.com.au.

how long does it take to build a site?

Again, depending on the complexity of your requirements and the other sites we have in construction time frames will vary. Allow between one to two weeks for a basic site, and up to four weeks for a site with multichannel campaigns and dynamic templates.
